In this 4-day intensive training, we will explore how the core capacities of
Nonviolent Communication (i.e. the 4 Steps, 3 Directions) can not only support us in our personal relationships, but also help us show up grounded in our own values while engaging with the
communities and groups that we are part of.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have greater awareness how to respond to complex situations in ways that are aligned with their values, whether in families, teams, organizations or communities.
